Nicki Minaj made headlines last week when the world learned that she snubbed eliminated American Idol contestant, Devin Velez. Last night, we watched as Burnell Taylor was the next contestant eliminated, but did Minaj snub him as well? You know that you want to know the answer
American Idol judge, Nicki Minaj caused quite the stir last week, when fans learned that the singer snubbed Devin Velez during his elimination, without even so much as a well wish to Velez. After that incident, fans have been wondering if she snubbed Burnell Taylor last night when he was eliminated.
The answer, according to Burnell Taylor, is no. In an ! interview with the media today, Taylor revealed that Minaj was sad to see him go. In fact, Minaj even shed some tears and shared some advice for Burnell.
So, what is next for Burnell Taylor? He said that he wants to do so many things, and he has no regrets about his experience on Idol. This show was just a platform for me. Now its time for me to take what I learned from the show, and build on top of it. Were all going to be somebody if we take this experience and run with it. So that was just my message, Taylor concluded.
