2. Subscriber avails of the promo through the following sale channels:

3. Subscriber fills-out the application form and submits the following documents:
a. Proof of Identity (POID)b. Proof of Billing Address (POBA)c. Proof of Financial Capacity (POFC)
Existing subscriber need not to submit additional documents (except the RECO! N FORM) unless proof of financial capability previously submitted cannot accommodate the new line.
4. If existing subscriber acquires a new line and application is approved, subscriber pays for the 1 month advance MSF and cash-out for the chosen BlackBerry handset, if applicable.
5. If the chosen Blackberry handset is available in store, subscriber will receive the chosen BlackBerry handset. If the chosen Blackberry handset is not available, subscriber has the option to come back to the store in 3 days to pick-up the unit or have the unit delivered to his preferred address/ location.
6. Globe will advise the subscriber that he/she will receive an SMS asking for the following: (a.) a request for confirmation if the subscriber is interested in the tickets, (b.) a request for an updated e-mail address, and (c.) if subscriber is willing to get an additional free ticket but subscriber will be charged an additional cash-out for the handset in exchange which will reflect on the subscribers next bill.
7. Globe will advise all subscribers who expressed interest that he/she will receive an e-mail which will contain the following: (a.) a QR code per ticket; and (b.) his/her name.
b. The additional concert ticket belongs to the same category which the Subscriber is entitled to in view of his/her subscription to a new BlackBerry Plan under item 1 above.
8. The subscriber will have to make seat reservations with the SM ticketing branch. The seat reservation for the concert is on a first-come-first-serve basis. Globe will not be liable for non-availability of the subscribers preferred seat(s).
9. Eligible subscribers may redeem their tickets until July 10, 2012, unless otherwise extended (redemption period).
10. Any tickets which are not claimed within the redemption period will be forf! eited in favor of Globe, with the approval of DTI.
11. Concert tickets are not convertible to cash.

2. What do I need to do to get the BlackBerry Curve smartphones?If you want to get the newest BlackBerry Curve smartphones with a new plan application, just choose the Globe postpaid plan you want and submit the following documents:

3. When will the Globe stores start selling the BlackBerry Curve 9220/9320?Regular selling will start on May 23, 2012 for BlackBerry Curve 9220 while regular selling for the BlackBerry Curve 9320 will start on July 1, 2012. However, pre-orders for the BlackBerry Curve 9320 will start as early as May 23, 2012.
4. Is there a special offer if I pre-order/order now?Yes. You will get an exclusive access to a big concert party by Globe and RIM.
5. Is there a mandatory data booster if I avail of the phone with a consumable my Super Plan?Yes. For consumable plans, group plan, and All-Unli plan, a minimum of P99 BB Chat is required. Subscribers can choose to avail of other BB services such as BB Social, BB Messaging, and BB Max.
6. Can I just cha! rge the cash-out amount to my existing Globe postpaid bill?No, this is not possible. You can pay the cash-out either outright or via credit card.
7. When can I get my free ticket(s)?After confirming/replying to the SMS blast requesting for your confirmation of your interest in the tickets, you will receive details via email as to when and how your free ticket(s) may be claimed.
8. When will I receive the SMS blast?You will receive the SMS blast by the week of June 11 or even earlier.
9. Can I purchase another ticket?As of the moment, no. The only way to get a ticket will be to get either a BlackBerry Curve 9220 or a BlackBerry Curve 9320 from Globe.
10. How do I redeem the ticket?Once you get the email with the QR Code, print this, sign it, and present to any SM ticketing branch to claim your ticket.
11. Can I purchase another ticket?You can only avail of the tickets by availing either a BlackBerry Curve 9220 or BlackBerry 9320 under a Globe Postpaid postpaid plan. For existing subscribers outside contract, they can re-contract and avail one of the handsets mentioned above. For those within contract, they can either subscribe for BlackBerry Max for 24 months or avail of the handsets as Prepaid kits (P9,990 for BlackBerry Curve 9220 and P11,990 for BlackBerry Curve 9320).
If you already availed, you will receive an SMS seeking confirmation on your interest on the ticket. You will also be asked if you are interested to get an additional ticket (just one additional) for an additional cash-out for the handset (P2,000 if you availed of the 9220 and P7,000 if you availed of the 9320) which will be charged to your next bill.
12. Is the additional cash-out for the ticket and not the handset?Its for the handset. The cash-out you will be asked to pay will be deducted to the cost of the handset/termination fee in the unfortunate event that you pre-terminate your line.
13. Can I have the ticket(s) exchanged for cash?Tickets may not be converted to cash.
14. What is the c! oncert p arty all about?Its an exclusive concert party featuring Nicki Minaj. Only Globe subscribers are entitled to get a ticket. The tickets will not be sold commercially.
15. Where will the concert party be?The concert will be at the SM Mall of Asia Arena on July 11, 2012.
16. When is the concert?The concert will be on July 11, 2012 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.
17. Im not from Metro Manila, will Globe shoulder by transportation cost for the concert party?No. Globe only offers the exclusive access to the concert party. Transportation costs will be shouldered by the consumers.
18. What SIMs will be given to me when I avail of multiple handsets (for Plans 1799 and up)?You will be given one postpaid SIM, and for the other handsets, you will be given prepaid SIM(s).
19. What colors are available for the BlackBerry Curve 9220/9320?For now, black is the only color available.
20. Can I get the phone as Prepaid?For now, the promo and the handset are only available for postpaid applications.
For loyalty: If you are currently in contract and do not want to get another line to avail of a BlackBerry Curve 9220/9320, or avail of BB MAX for 24 months, you may get the BlackBerry Curve 9220 at P9,990 / BlackBerry Curve 9320 at P11,990 as a special offer for being our valued subscriber.
21. Who is Nicki Minaj? What are her songs?Nicki Minaj is an international rapper-singer. She quickly became a global music phenomenon when she released her debut album Pink Friday in November 2012. 22. How much are the tickets?The tickets are not for sale. Tickets will be given to those who! avail o f the latest BlackBerry Curve 9220 and 9320 smartphones under Globe postpaid plans.
23. How will the tickets be distributed?You will be sent an SMS asking for your interest in the tickets. If you confirm that you are interested, you will be sent an email with your name and a QR code. Print this e-mail, sign it and present to any SM ticketing branch to redeem your ticket.
24. What if I lost the QR code?The QR code is in an email. You just need to re-print the e-mail. In the unfortunate event that the e-mail got deleted, you can call 730-1000 to have it resent to your e-mail address. The QR code is unique and once scanned by any SM ticketing branch, it cannot be used again. Globe and SM are not responsible for any acts of fraud or hacking.
25. What if the QR code was stolen?Globe and SM will not be responsible for acts of fraud or hacking. The email recipient shall assume the responsibility of protecting the email.
26. Can we replace the QR code?The QR code is unique per mobile number. In the unfortunate event that the e-mail got deleted, you can call 730-1000 to have it resent to your e-mail address.
27. Do higher plans get preferred seats?For those availing the BlackBerry Curve 9320 which is the higher model and is free starting at BlackBerry Unli Surf Combo 999, subscribers will enjoy better seats than those who availed of the BlackBerry Curve 9220 free at Plan 499 with BB Chat.
28. I just got a Blackberry this May and I want to watch. Can you sell the tickets to me?All those who availed of the BlackBerry Curve 9220 and 9320 since May 23 are entitled to the promo.
29. If I buy a phone later than the concert date, are there still going to be tickets and who will be the artist?There will be other exciting freebies however the details of which cannot be divulged as of the moment.
30. Im a loyal Globe subscriber; can you also sell tickets to me?If you are an existing subscriber who is outside his/her lock-up, you can re-contract with either a BlackBerry Curve ! 9220 or 9320 and get the free ticket (or tickets for the 9320). 32. Ive been a Blackberry user ever since, can you also sell the tickets to me?The tickets are not for sale. If you are an existing subscriber who is outside his/her lock-up, you can re-contract with either a BlackBerry Curve 9220 or 9320 and get the free ticket (or tickets for the 9320). 33. Is there a maximum number of tickets I can buy?The tickets are not for sale. To get multiple tickets, you can either avail of the BlackBerry Curve 9320, apply for multiple lines, apply for a Family Combo Plan, or avail of plans from Plans 1799 and up. Upon receiving the SMS requesting for the confirmation on your interest in the tickets, you will be informed that you can get an additional ticket for an additional cash-out for the handset. P2,000 if you availed of the BlackBerry Curve 9220 and P7,000 if you availed of the BlackBerry 9320.
34. If I get multiple handsets because I availed of a Plan 1799 (for 9220) or higher (both 9220 t! o 9320), will I be entitled to multiple tickets even if the other handsets will be given a Prepaid SIM and not a Postpaid SIM?Yes, you will still be entitled to multiple tickets depending on the number of handsets associated to your plan since what you availed is a postpaid plan which just happened to have multiple free handsets. (i.e. Plan 1799, FREE 2 BlackBerry Curve 9220 smartphones. You will get 2 tickets to Lower Box 2/Upper Box/Gen Ad)
35. Can my additional ticket be on the other areas not included in my original free ticket?The additional ticket, if you decide to get, will be in the same category as the one youre entitled to.36. What happens if Im an existing subscriber who is still under contract and decided to avail of the BB MAX for 24 months to avail of the promo and then I had my line pre-terminated?You will be asked to pay the termination fee equivalent to 100% of the handset base price and 24 months-worth of BB MAX (P599 x 24months), less cash-out (if any), plus an admin fee of P550 if you pre-terminate within the first 12 months. If you pre-terminate after the first 12 months, you will be asked to pay 50% of the handset base price and 12 months-worth of BB MAX (P599 x 12months).
37. Im not based in Metro Manila and Im not willing to spend just to attend the concert. What can you give me in return for getting a BB 9220/9320?For the time being, the ticket is a freebie we are giving our subscribers who will be availing of the BlackBerry Curve 9220 or 9320. Subscribers can either choose to avail of this freebie or forfeit it.
38. Im an LTP subscriber and not re-contracted. How do I get the tickets?You can get a new plan or as a loyal and existing subscriber, we will give you the option to purchase the handset as a special offer for being our valued subscriber. You can purchase the BlackBerry Curve 9220 at P9,990 or the BlackBerry Curve 9320 at P11,990.
39. Why didnt I get preferred seats when I was actually the first to register?The seats are on a first-come-first-serve basis.! It depe nds on the time you redeem the tickets from one of the SM ticketing branches.
40. Do I get more as a Platinum subscriber?If you are a Platinum sub and outside of lock-up, you can re-contract and opt to get 3 BlackBerry Curve 9220 smartphones or two BlackBerry Curve 9320 smartphones. This will entitle you to more tickets as tickets are given on a per handset availed basis.
41. Im a Platinum subscriber, without buying, am I entitled to a meet and greet access pass?Currently, we are not offering meet and greet passes to anyone.
42. I got a higher Blackberry unit at a higher plan. Am I entitled to a ticket?If you are an existing subscriber, yes, you will be entitled to 2 tickets at the VIP/Patron/Lower Box 1 as a special offer as a valued customer.
