Nicki Minaj added to Radio 1s Hackney Weekend festival line-up
It's been announced that Nicki Minaj has been added to theline-up to perform at Radio 1s Hackney Weekend festival on the 23-24 June.
The singer will be performing as a special guest on the Saturday, wigs 'n' all, before Jay-Z closes the show.
Other acts playing include Rihanna, Kasabian, will.i.am, Florence and the Machine, Jack White, Jessie J and Leona Lewis.
The two day event is part of the London 2012 festival to celebrate the Olympi cs and will be taking place at Londons Hackney Marshes.
Registration for tickets has now closed, with the majority having been allocated to people living in Hackney and the surrounding London boroughs.
Nicki Minaj will also be playing in London, Birmingham and Manchester as part of the European leg of her Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded tour at the end of June, and she will also be performing at T in the Park and Wireless festivals.
Looks like well be seeing a lot of the ol Minaj in the UK over summer then! Looking forward to seeing what outfits she'll have in store for us Brits...
