Nicki Minaj is all over the place when it comes to her wardrobe choices. Sometimes she lets it all hang out, sometimes she wears chicken on her necklaces, sometimes she wears insane wigs. While you never know what you'll get next from this singer, you can always count on it being pretty wacky.

Well, today she didn't disappoint at her fragrance launch in Sydney. She promoted Pink Friday in a dress that looked like it was straight out of The Nutcracker. The dress contained ruffles of patterned shiny material and showed practically no skin. That's practically a first.

Minaj wore her bleached b! lond hair down and curly and also carried around a hand fan. Remember it's warm and sunny in Australia at this time of year, so that part wasn't that weird.
