Nicki Minaj discussed her feud with Mariah Carey on her new E! reality show "My Truth." While many perceived the altercation between the "American Idol" co-judges to be a publicity stunt, it appears that Minaj and Carey simply do not get along.

Minaj told Mack Maine, another rapper on Lil Waynes Young Money label, on Sundays episode, "I just know that I had reached my boiling point. Twenty minutes before that happened, she egged me on and I was like, You know what? Let me go. I walked off.

"I stormed off the stage because I didnt want to do that. So, I left, and when I came back it was another jab and I said, Okay, now Im gonna [sic] show you Shes admitted that she did not want another female doing the show. Thinking somebodys coming to steal her shine, nitpicking, and I dont do well with that passive aggressive [expletive]. I stayaway from mother [expletive].

"I work and keep itmoving. I dont [expletive] with the people in the business, but I did the! show today and it was good. I made it clear like, if you do that again, Im gonna [sic] do this again. Like, Im not gonna [sic] allow it anymore. I cant, Minaj said.

In September, TMZ reported that Minaj and Carey were arguing just hours after Minaj officially joined the judges panel.

Minaj started critiquing a contestant and Carey could not stop interrupting.

Though Carey and Minaj worked together on Mariah Carey's single, "Up Out My Face," in August, when it was speculated that Minaj was negotiating a deal with the hit talent show, TMZ reported that Carey was furious because she thought she would be the only female judge on "American Idol."

Carey allegedly was so unhappy about Minaj joining the judging panel that she hung up the phone on the producers when they told her about the newcomer.
