The over-the-top pop star was hard to look away from thanks to her colorful outfit complete with props.

Minaj, who is never one to shy away from ridiculous ensembles, stepped out looking like she drew inspiration from the '90s rave scene. Minaj sported neon green leggings and furry boots that matched her incredibly mini mini-skirt. She topped the look off with a candy colored, skin-tight top and odd props that included and a fake, oversized popsicle and chunky star and triangle bracelet..

Having recently "retired" from Twitter, it appears Nicki will have to rely on her strange fashion choices to drum up random attention. This number seems to be doing the trick.
