Nicki Minaj Set to Launch New Fragrance: Where She's Been and What She's Up To

Nicki Minaj is the latest celeb to enter the beauty market. She's coming out with her first fragrance, which is set to hit stores this fall. "I have always been a huge fan of great fragrances," she said. "This is yet another extension of my creative expression. I designed the scent and bottle with my Barbz in mind." Chances are it's going to be just as unique and lively as she is. Other than developing her new fragrance, what else has she been up to lately?

Number one debut

Congrats to the rapper! Her new album "Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded" recently debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 chart. An incredible 253,000 copies sold in its first week. It didn't receive very good reviews from critics, but her Barbz likely didn't care and scooped it up anyway. It's her second album to top the chart, her first being "Pink Friday," which hit Number One on the February 19, 2011 chart.

Twitter quitter

The 29-year-old was always very involved with her Twitter account, but now it's gone silent. She deactivated her Twitter account (@NickiMinaj) on April 15 but not before getting into a war of words with some of her followers. A fan site, NickiDaily.com, reportedly leaked music from her new album and she wasn't pleased at all. Her final tweet was "Like seriously, its but so much a person can take. Good f--king bye." The fan site is now closed with a message directing fans to Nicki-Minaj.org.

London airport

If Nick i wanted to avoid getting noticed when she landed at London's Heathrow Airport, she probably should have worn a different outfit. There were so many of her fans at the airport on April 17 that she had a problem getting through the crowd. It probably didn't help that she had cameras shoved in her face. She arrived wearing a neon pink fluffy hooded jacket, a white t-shirt that had a green and black polka dot ruffle at the bottom, black pants with white stars all over them and huge black and white boots. The songstress is in London to promote her new album "Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded."
